An absolute gem of a property in a fantastic location 😁 everything was spotless and clean, will definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend.

We originally booked Kona Kai for one night but we loved it so much we stayed for three nights. Kathryn and Zee, the office staff, were both a pure delight and very helpful. The room we had was like a small apartment and very well equipped. Nice private beach with kayaks, paddle boards and iguanas provided. There is a fairly decent restaurant across the road but it would be great if Kona Kai had a restaurant or bar too. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a single night, having driven down from Miami on the Overseas Highway. The hotel is in a great quiet area just a couple of blocks' walk from the main part of the old town. There is occasionally on-street parking available outside, you just have to be lucky but we parked overnight in a nearby outdoor car park at an old church for $15 (cash only) The hotel is in great condition, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Beautiful cannot fault.

Loved everything about our stay. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but would have spent a month here if we could. We arrived on Halloween and received a trick or treat bag full of goodies and a rum cocktail as a welcome. The lady who checked us in was excellent. So friendly and helpful. Great location with a view of the sea from the pool. Room was perfect size for family of 5 with everything you needed.

We had a lovely stay at Lime Tree Bay! We even decided to book on an extra night as we loved it there, they have free use of paddle boards and kayaks and the location mid way down the keys is perfect.

Great stay, our second time at the resort. Very chilled atmosphere, attentive staff and a wonderful location. Stayed in the same room as last time #14 which has been updated since last year. Comfortable room with a very efficient if slightly noisy air conditioner. We will be returning again.

Stunning property with great facilities and perfect for relaxing and diving/snorkling straight from the property.

This is the most amazing place. We had a wonderful short stay here. It's peaceful and very relaxing. I loved the pool!! We would certainly visit again.
