"The property was very clean very well located, and the staff was wonderful. My problem is with their description of some of the amenities. In the ad, they mention self parking it doesn’t mention that it’s $20 a day unless you tap on where it says parking also nowhere on the ad does it say that there is a $35 resort fee daily? Another thing it says there is beach access. There is no beach at this resort."

"The room and dining were very good. Unfortunately a 20 to 30 people showed up at the pool with a boom box and coolers and were celebrating Fathers Day by eating cake and food in the pool along with the 5 or 6 unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. I know never to stay at this resort on a Sunday as the rest of the time we stayed was very good."

"The stay was...OK my Toilet was running and would not stop. Then the AC was not working so the room was very warm. The front desk said they sent someone in to fix the AC while we were out, but it still did not work. Check out was the worst part. I prepaid for the stay through Expedia $527.41 then I was billed $395.27 and then another $420.75 using the card I put on file for incidentals for a stay I had already paid for. When I contacted the manager at the hotel, she was very rude and just said...

"This property is write down and was traditionally over priced for the stay. The gives run down Dexter vibes and was less than fabulous in its remodeling. One sad elevator and just a general sad run down hotel that might have been nice several decades ago even with the location. Parking was 100% full when went to park. The staff I spoke to were very nice to be fair and tried to be helpful with the small amenities they have which is parking there and then using a shuttle to get where you...

"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"
