"Older property but very clean and nice staff"

"Lime Tree Bay is split into two areas and we were away from the main site, which is only a 3 minute walk away. We would have preferred the main site, however our room was across the highway. The only nearby dining option is the bar adjacent to the main property, which served a good selection of food. Our room was very good, clean and located above a second swimming pool. "

Everyone in the front office, to the people that maintained the property and guest rooms, and especially to the two gentlemen making made to order omelettes were wonderful. "Aside from a couple front desk staff that were fairly snippy, almost like asking a question was a burden— everything else was great!"

"Check in is off property. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Water pressure and temperature was wacky. The water temperature was never constant. The mattress was hard. But we still had a great time! "

"This place is somewhat remodeled but still old. Bathroom door looked like it was on the titanic. Back hallway door did not lock. Breakfast was okay compared to others. Room was spacious. For the money paid, I would not stay here again. "

We definitely found a "must stay here" location in the keys. Front desk staff has always been professional, and accommodating. "Would stay at Isla Bella again. Beautiful beach and pool areas and overall property very nice. Loved the balconies facing the water. Water bottles during check in with water refill stations all over the property was a nice touch. Plenty of activities to do with 9 and 13 year old: volleyball, putting green, manatees near the dock, lawn games. Overall a lot of kids and families, but not chaotic. Could get pool/beach chairs anytime of day. Staff friendly. In rooms - beds/linens not as comfortable...
