"Arrived at 2am to an empty lobby that remained empty until 3am besides the other guests waiting to check in. I had called at 4pm to inform them of our late arrival, they assured me someone would be there 24/7. "We stayed for one night so we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. We had a beachfront room and the view was fabulous!! The room was spacious enough. The room amenities were a little sparse with only three cups and a very tiny bar of soap for both of us to share. Having said that it doesn't change our opinion about the room or hotel.
The turtles and parrot were very cool.
The restaurant was fine. Food was good.

"Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt für einen Aufenthalt auf Key West.
Die Lage ist ideal, sehr nah an der Duval Street, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße fern vom Lärm und Trubel.
Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass noch einmal knapp 25USD pro Nacht für den Parkplatz hinzukommen.

"The property was in a good location and the rooms were visibly clean. We had issues with the lack of privacy- the first couple rooms are right by the entrance and where breakfast is set up. The breakfast was right along the wall of our room so we could hear guests early in the morning. Also for the price the bathrooms are quite small and very outdated, could use a renovation. The staff was lovely and did their best to be accommodating."

"Our stay was wonderful. We have a toddler and an infant and having a kitchenette in our room was a huge help! We love the location, the swimming pool felt like a private oasis, and parking was never an issue. We walked to Duval constantly and felt the walk was easy and safe through the historic district. We will definitely be back!"
