It had an unusually large flat screen tv, a long counter with a sink for preparing food or whatever, and a balcony (ours overlooked an empty lot - but there was a large gull bird nest that was interesting to watch). "The renovated room is perfect! Nice and bright and clean. Has everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable. Conch Key Fishing Lodge and Marina is a perfect little spot in the middle of all the Keys and makes a great halfway spot to stay. "

"I would give it a hundred stars if I could. The garden area was lovely to sit in and feel the breeze. The staff is great! They have housekeeping without having to ask. I was blown away because most places have canceled that service. They could charge a lot more than they do, and I appreciate that they keep the price reasonable. "
