"My stay at the Radisson Beachfront Hotel Panama City Beach was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I arrived at 9:00 AM understanding that early check-in is not guaranteed. However, I was explicitly told I would be able to check in later that day. Despite this, I did not receive a room key until 5:00 PM — one full hour past the stated 4:00 PM check-in time. What made this worse was the complete lack of clear communication. Staff repeatedly gave vague, inconsistent responses about the room being cleaned. Later, I was told that housekeeping staff had already left at 2:00 PM — which directly contradicts the earlier explanation for the delay. This raises serious concerns about operational transparency. The issues did not stop there: - Housekeeping was not completed even after multiple direct requests (both at the front desk and in person with staff) - We were later told housekeeping had already left for the day, leaving us without service - There was a lack of available towels - The main door did not properly close or lock, creating a legitimate safety concern - The shower head was loose and malfunctioning - Elevator buttons were not working - Amenities such as the gym and hot tub were not functioning as advertised - Vending machines on the floor were out of service Additionally, after reading other guest reviews, I am deeply concerned about reports of false smoking charges and ongoing cleanliness issues.
