Le valet nous avait d'abord refusé notre demande, elle a été très gentille et finalement nous avons eu l'accès. Très belle Hôtel, bien situé dans le coeur du centre ville, bon restaurant sur place."

"I recommend extending breakfast until 11:00am. Not everyone is an early riser. Also, folio should automatically be sent to customers. If not via email, at least the night before check out. If a room is ready, and the hotel doesn't have full occupancy, why are you charging your guest additional funds to check in?"

"Bathroom had a lot of hair in it that wasn’t ours, had to ask at the desk for housekeeping to come and empty trash/get an extra towel and some toilet paper. Otherwise it was nice—quiet, ac worked well."

"The staff here makes this experience 10 times better. The hotel was already great and the amenities were great and it was very clean and beautiful. Location was great and very peaceful and private. Add on amazing staff and this place wins. I mean staff all over, from the front desk to housekeeping to even the gentleman cleaning the carpets. They were all amazing. Kudos to your HR team for hiring the best staff and amazing experience."

"Staff was very helpful. Facility was nice, but needs updating. The main issues were that the tub in the bathroom was very slick, with no friction strips or. Anything in the bottom. It also was a little narrow, with the result that it was hard to maneuver in and thus risky for a person with balance issues. There was a handrail, but it was placed where it was least likely to be used. The second problem was the mattress. It creaked whenever one moved or got in or out. Comfort was adequate, the...
