"Arrived at 8:30AM, front desk staff checked us in, not needing to wait for the 2PM check-in time. Hotel staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, bit the room was clean and quite. The date we checked in the hotel, it was the typhoon Ragasa hitting Hong Kong the hardest, but we didn't hear any wind noise from our room. It is a nice hotel, will stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong."
"I’m very thankful that my stay here was safe during Typhoon Ragasa. I was scared and desperate after my original booking at Hilton Park Mong Kok (through Expedia) didn’t come up at the front desk. It seems the reservation may have shown as the wrong date, though I don’t see how that happened. Unfortunately, Hilton refused my stay and any refund.
Holiday Inn Express Mong Kok (right nexy door) saved me during that stressful time, and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here. I felt safe, cared for, and I’m very happy with the experience.
Thank you for breakfast!"
"the front desk and lobby staffs are always friendly and helpful. this is our third time staying at this hotel and we’re very happy with the hotel, especially the harbour view from the room"
