"The place was so nasty i left after 10 minutes and they still charged me for a 5 day stay. Nothing but prostitutes and drug users stay here."

"The front desk staff was for check in was really helpful. My only issue with that was she told me that my checkout time was 1pm Sunday since I’m a Hyatt member. That was incorrect. I personally didn’t care for the valet guy when I checked in. He came over right away to make sure I was a hotel guest while I was wrestling with my bags. No offer to help or get me a cart or anything. Then he told me he “guessed it’s ok for me to leave my car there while I check in.” What else is that area for? I think if the hotel didn’t have someone to help with bags then the valet should at least offer to get the carts for luggage. The room was clean and well stocked, the housekeepers were very nice."

"Property had no frills. Went to breakfast 20 minutes before closing and all left was bagels. Beds were ok. Elevator was slow. But the price was right, and location good. "

"The staff was outside the front door smoking cigarettes when I arrived. Once I walked through the smoke I was checked in, the staff seemed nice. The pool was not working, neither was the elevator. I left to rake care of business and came back to relax and take a shower. I found out there was no soap or shampoo so I rinsed off and went to bed. I tried using the tv but it was not connecting to the wifi. Too tired to fuss, I used my phone for a few minutes and tried to sleep. There was alot of activity in the hallways and above me it sounded like someone was moving furniture. Definitely would not recommend even as I did, a quick, overnight stay."

"There were 4 soap dishes in the bathroom but no soap. We asked for soap and they didn’t have any. "

"Hotel is nice in a good location. Quiet. You do have to pay $30 per night for valet to use their parking deck. Shower pressure weak, only one of the two heads worked and it was low. "

"The room was more spacious than any other hotel like hampton inn. Definitely great for bringing the kids along too. Staff was amazing but the breakfast waa regualr and not an option for people who dont eat pork."
