I drove 10 hrs and I wanted to sleep because the next day I was about to drive 9hrs north but at 4:30am the fire alarm was triggered and no one came to inform us that there is no fire just a sensor failed and triggered the alarm. Everybody was waiting for any info but to get it you had to go downstairs! Terrible hotel - no more booking there."

"My reservation was booked incorrectly and all that it needed was a change of location from Clayton to Garner. My Garner rep fought for me as she even went out of her way to get the Clayton GM involved. In the end, i was told I lost out on that reservation and the money spent. So i had to rebook the stay, and I have to stay if anyone is in the Garner area, look Ms. Carol up! She’s the best!!"
