Overall, it’s a great 4-star hotel in an excellent location — definitely a good choice for staying in the heart of the city."

The location of the hotel is excellent, near many attractions, shopping, restaurants and neighbourhoods. It was amazing that it was so quiet given proximity to Gran Via."

"Breakfast was good. Hot items were only lukewarm. Breakfast workers were not very friendly. Loved the location! Close to activity. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Clean room. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was not reliable. "
