"The hostess at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room lacked a smoke/CM detector. Bathroom door was not seated properly so had to force it closed or push it to the right to get it to close."

"We paid extra for a room with a balcony and we were literally placed in the corner next to the maid closet. So every morning they slam the door open(no fault of theirs it’s just the way the door opens onto their carts as they stock them). Then no balcony. Second floor yet people on street just talking, not shouting sounded as if they were in our room. I paid a lot of money and was nothing but disappointed with this property. I now see why people don’t like to stay here."
