The overall property showed significant signs of neglect. There was visible water damage on the flooring, which made the room feel poorly maintained. "I arrived at the hotel to a such a beautiful room, so clean with an amazing view. The staff were absolutely the best part of our stay. Beyond helpful and so kind to all our needs. I enjoyed the best cappuccino in such a gorgeous dinning area. To my amazement the bed was so comfortable, and room air conditioning was just right.
