"Hôtel très bien et bien situé. Le personnel de nettoyage et pour le petit déjeuner très bien. Par contre il y avait un problème avec wifi ce que j’ai annoncé à l’accueil mais ils ont dit que il n’y avait pas de problème. Je n’ai pas pu travailler. Le deuxième jour en fait ils ont dit qu’il avait un problème mais ils ne pouvaient rien fair, ils avaient contacté leur distributeur. Je pense qu’ils auraient pu dire aux clients qu’ils avaient un problème et qu’ils étaient désolé ce qu’ils n’ont pas...

"Superb hotel! All the staff were excellent, extremely helpful, kind, and tolerant of my high school French! Restaurant was amazing, always large variety of food for breakfast and fantastic service. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with fascinating history. The building looks more modern (1960s or 70s?) so the air conditioning is fantastic, it is quiet. The interior decor is beautiful. I would return here in a heartbeat!"

"The hotel was nice, clean. Staff were kind and did their best to accommodate on tough conditions. The tough conditions described are 100+ degree temperatures in Paris. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work for four of the five nights which caused extreme discomfort. The staff provided us with two fans to improve the sleeping arrangements but unfortunately it was not enough. They have offered one night off to accommodate for the inconvenience but I don’t feel that is enough....

I am quite familiar with the hotels in Paris, particularly around the Montparnasse area and have tried many of them over the years (mainly for short stays, 1-6 nights at a time). By far, this one was the worst. Finding the entrance was the first challenge. You There is no proper, well-marked entrance but rather a hidden door that leads to a narrow staircase. One needs to go two stored up the staircase to reach the front desk and from there you can take the...

"Nice hotel in a lovely area, well connected and with lots to do nearby. The room was nicely decorated, new and clean - the AC was working well, which was essential during the heatwave. Having access to the cellar pool was also great. The staff was great, cordial and helpful, and the ground floor cafe area was a nice place to hang out or work if necessary. The only problem we had was that the toilet seat was broken, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, great hotel."
