"I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that."

"They had no rooms available for hours after checkin time. Dozens of people stuck in the lobby complaining. Staff lied about how long it would take for rooms to become available repeatedly. No attempt to accommodate anybody. No list of who was even waiting first, completely unorganized. Waited an hour while the problem only got worse before just leaving and finding a different hotel."

"Beautiful location. It’s in the heart of Columbia but tucked away perfectly for a nice retreat. Right by a nice trail. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Pool closes kind of early so make sure you pay attention to the time. Restaurant was worth every penny. Beds were nice. Loved the personalized touch with the tv having my name on it."
