"Very nice and off of beaten path. We had a quiet, relaxing stay. We will stay again and although the golf course view is great we will probably reserve a room overlooking the pool and 2nd floor. The room above us had a lot of stomping going on. The staff was amazing especially Sly as he helped us get into our room since we arrived around midnight. We look forward to our next visit. "

"Good location, Close to beach and restaurants. There were electric bikes around the corner. I was confused about parking as I thought it’d we inside the compound. I felt safe, I had no safety concerns. I would suggest fragrance as it smelt stale upon entry every time we entered, places to hang towels to dry. And window coverings or curtains in case someone wanted it for the bathroom area. Overall I would definitely stay again! "

"Our stay was ok. They charged me more than the original booking price. Staff was just there but not friendly. Called to the service desk for clean towels and toilet paper three time finally went myself and after an hour of me coming back they brought the items. The ride park had couple rides closed by still charged the full price for the tickets. When asked about the cards for arcade was handed a flyer with no explanation. "

"The bathroom was not sufficiently clean and the iron was not working. With that being said, Quality Inn nor Expedia warned us about the train passing less than 30 yards away from our door several times, at night. I understand the discounted pricing but experiencing the noise and the vibration of it passing so close to the property without explanation was insufferable."

"I’ve stayed here twice, this time was a horrible experience for me and my family, upon checking in we walked into our room 1129 it look as if it was ram-shacked. Lamps and doors broken.. first two days the weather we couldn’t swim so the kids waited til the third day, which we came down and it was closed down for cleaning mid day. My adult girls were given hell just to access the pool. While teen kids were roaming around the casino floor unoccupied. "

"The staff were great. The room wasn’t bad. Unfortunately the ice machine didn’t work had to go next door. The ac/heat unit the heat wasn’t working blew out cold air. Not much for breakfast so luckily we were able to go next door and have breakfast. "

"Ok so let’s set expectations. This is more like a MOTEL. I was very ignorant to that. The doors are on the ‘outside’. We were a party of 4 and half wanted to stay, the other half didn’t and did NOT stay. The front desk was very accommodating when I asked if we could get another room when the first room we were given had a slight odor. We did not eat the breakfast but the lobby and property itself is very clean. It’s right next to a WAFFLE HOUSE which was exciting for me butttt it was so busy in...

"Had a quick, great over night stay at the Hyatt Place when we decided to extent a family vacation by 1 day. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very sweet, and breakfast was great. They serve wonderful coffee at breakfast and that means a lot! We would definitely stay again."
