"The WiFi worked maybe 25% of the time we were there which was a week. Also had no regular tv to watch. No one ever came by to clean the room or for clean towels or toilet paper. Staff members all look like drug users and to top it off someone hit my car and caused damage. When asked to pull the camera the lady in the office told us “they couldn’t deal with that at the time because they were assisting the cops with removing someone from a room”. When asked about the next day they said that...

"Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement."

"I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay."

"This property does not allow outside visitors. In other words only the people renting the room are allowed to be at the property. This isn't stated anywhere on the website prior to check in and should be. I came to visit woth family and was unable to entertain due to these rules. Last time I stay here."

"The finish was bubbling up on the wall in the room I was staying in. The hall was very dirty and walls and floors had damage. The elevators aren’t working. The front desk did not have any toothpaste. The whole hotel had a slight smell to it."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving."

"The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!"
