"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause."

The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable, but every time the AC cut on I could smell mildew. So, I cleaned the AC vents (the towel was black) and sprayed Lysol on them and the carpet below the AC."

"The attendant at the front desk told my daughter that it was a $4 charge per towel when she asked for clean towels. There were little ants all over the breakfast bar. The elevator floor stayed covered in smashed candy and dirt. You could see the black footprints of dirt and grime on the tiled floors. Other than that, it was fine."

"We arrived to the room at roughly 11pm. The room was filthy and smelled like urine. The floors were caked and each cushion had visible stains. The pullout couch had trash and brown spots. The bathroom had a brown smear on the wall and the lotions and soaps were opened. The desk and surfaces were dingy. We went down to the front desk to get a broom, mop, and bleach just so my wife and kids felt remotely comfortable. I cleaned the room and we layered the beds with extra sheets to sleep. It was...
