"AVOID this hotel until Owners spend the money to install safes. We read other reviews that people had their money and personal items stolen but didn’t think it would happen to us. The problem is they do not have the air-conditioning on when you arrive and then when you are at the beach, the staff comes in and a large amount of money was taken from our room which was very disappointing as this was the beginning of our trip. "first time at Biancas. Lovely room with sea view and incredibly clean. Nice bathroom (although pressure wasnt great). good sound proofing. Only negative was lack of any safe in room. Im sure perfectly secure with 3 codes to get into room tbough."

"We stayed at this property the night prior to our cruise embarkation. Anna met us upon arrival and showed us everything. She gave us some recommendations for dinner and things to do around town. The next morning she arranged to provide a transfer to the cruise terminal dropping us off right next to the ship. Can’t recommend this place enough. Clean and comfortable and a welcome stay after a long international flight."
