"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is lovely. However the individual rooms needed better cleaning and communication between the management and the guests on exactly what amenities are offered needs to be looked at."

"Room was pretty clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was present and helpful when asked. Hot tub was super hot, almost too hot for kids, but pool was great. Overall recommend for a young family."

"Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances."

"Wasn’t the cleanest place, but it was fine for a night. Didn’t anticipate being hit with a $50 parking pass if we wanted to park there and utilize the shuttle to the airport. Ended up driving and using airport parking."

"As good as can be expected. The Pool Club occupancy needs to be limited. It was standing room only in and around the pool. Hotel guests don’t stand a chance. We reserved lounged chairs but still .. trash cans were overflowing. Staff gave it there all but it was a no win situation for them. I stood in line at the bar for a drink and gave up after 30 min. The interior restaurant and bar were very nice. Breakfast was good … slow service however. Room was clean and nicely appointed."
