"Amazing staff. I had an issue with my credit card and without asking them, the front desk and manager were already helping me correct it. To my surprise they upgraded my room to a Beautiful FALLSVIEW room.
Room 4211....the view was absolutely BREATHTAKING!!
For me travelling alone, location is huge. I was close to the Falls and Casino.

"Great property, you will have everything you need for your stay.
Wonderful staff , very accommodating and friendly, they will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, from the moment of check in.
Rooms are comfortable and bigger than expected.
Beautiful patio and views of the vineyard. Complementary wine tasting was a plus and we enjoyed it.

"Even the hotel says The New Oakes, the washroom needs an overhaul. Vents are not clean. Ceiling had stains. Floor was sticky. Yes, view from the room was excellent but for the amount of money they charge, one expects a top notch room condition. Parking was too expensive, $50 overnight and it is not even 24 hours of duration. "

Only problem was the hockey teams running up and down the halls all night, there was barely any quiet the whole stay, which was unfortunate because we went for a quiet stay and were told we would have a quiet room. Some places let you do cash or debit deposits on room holds, but just a heads up that it will only take credit cards for the room hold."

"The perfect antidote to the Niagara Falls tourist trap
Great stay! I usually can’t stand NF, but this spot makes it tolerable. It’s the perfect place to escape the intensity of the touristy core. The steam shower and breakfast in bed are absolute game-changers.
The staff also went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday special—we are very grateful for the extra effort.

"We stayed at Doubletree Fallsview for our wedding anniversary, it is the first time we were visiting Canada. We were given a room on the 19th floor with beautiful views of the falls. Our room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom, there was daily room service.
