"I had an absolute blast staying here! It's so close to the airport, very quiet, and feels completely safe. The check-in experience was wonderful—the woman at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was great (the steak and potatoes hit the spot), and hanging out with a drink up on the rooftop bar was an amazing experience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to come back again!"

"Here are a few points of feedback about our stay:
*At check in it was not explained that the Sky Bar was closed.
*I brought herbal tea bags with me, as part of my morning routine, and they were removed by housekeeping.
*The creamers were not re-filled to allow to make a tea or coffee
*Pool area is very small for the size of the hotel - with the hotel air con unit droning on all day - not conducive to relaxing
*Our customer experience didn't match the 5 star rating, lack of acknowledgement when...

"Great value for money property.
2 bedroom sea view junior suite was well appointed and served a family of 4 well.
The outdoor pool had a maintenance issue which meant it made a loud gurgling noise continuously which made relaxing impossible.
The hotel does however has a nice beach club which is free to use for guests.
We tried the pizza restaurant at lunch but after 15mins of waiting no staff were to be seen and so moved to the other onsite restaurant.
The mini market in the hotel is great...

"A great hotel with a stunning location right across from the beach. The bed in my room was HUGE (to be honest they could've shrunk the bed a little and used some of the extra space to make the bathroom slightly larger, but I know that's a bit of a job!) Breakfast was varied and lasts until 1pm meaning you can have brunch/lunch instead if you're feeling a little lazy. Staff were all friendly and the hotel was clean and bright."

"We had to pay 4 euros to use two towels for their pool.
When we asked about coffee the man at the desk said this is a three star hotel and they do not have coffee in the room. I have stayed at 3 star and two star and still had coffee all across the world. When we asked about places they recommend to eat for late night, one man told us a restaurant that was closed and the other man told us to use Uber eats
My partner first language is Spanish and they were rude to her at the desk multiplele...

"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping and hygiene standards during our stay.
For the first two days, our room was not cleaned at all. Basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton buds, and cotton pads were completely missing.
We were three guests, but only two cups and two glasses were provided. Despite reporting for two days that they had not been replaced, the situation was not properly resolved. What shocked us most was that a housekeeping staff...
