"Room was very nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, i used the gym equipment and it was good for a quick workout, parking was easy."

"Breakfast was the same each day, fake eggs and sausage patties. Beds and pillows were comfy. Our room did smell a bit like smoke and the curtains had burns so I did speak to the front desk about this to make them aware, very kind."

"There was nothing outstanding about this hotel. The room was clean, the AC worked fine. The 2 things that did stand out are that check-in is 4pm & if you want to check-in early it's a $15 charge... The other thing is $5 charge to park a car. I know $5 is not that much but why not just add it to the price of the room?? "

"Broken room TV, broken water dispenser, gym hit and stuffy. Staff did not service room and would not provide new towels until WE brought dirty towels to them. Front desk had ling check in line and only one person working the front even though a second person was in the office…should have cone up front to help but didn’t."

"Room 606.. the water drained very slow out of the sink. The shower diverted was hard to torn & when water was coming out of the shower head it was also coming out of the tub filler. I have stayed in other Hampton inns . The bed was ok but pretty stiff. It needs a softer topper"

"Room was ok, it was one of the cheapest options and I was travelling solo, so it was a not a bad experience, but the bathroom did have some hairs on the vanity and tub, and the sofa and chair on the room were really dirty. Got a room near the front desk and there was a lot of noise at midnight."

Our room was clean however, did smell like remnants of cigarette smoke, which cleared out after running the a/c on high. There was some unfinished drywall work on the bathroom ceiling. The jacuzzi was not working and it was one of the reasons I chose the property, as I was traveling by car for work. Despite these deficiencies, I property was pleasant and clean.
