"There were lots of extra charges - for my dog, for high speed internet and for parking, although it's not in an urban area. I ended up paying a lot more than your advertised rate suggested. I was doing Telehealth and the internet dropped out in the middle of the session (and I had paid for the internet.) Desk staff not very welcoming.
It was nice that a bar/food was available.
At least it was quiet and the room was clean and I could bring my small dog."

"After paying $249 for the room at check in, she asked if we had a car. We said yes and she told us it would me another $12 , and charged my card….
Huge shared parking lot.
It’s ridiculous to charge for parking. Will never stay there again."

"Country Inn and Suites is a very special place. Not your ordinary motel. Someone really cares about the staffing, maintenance, cleaning, and quality of service including an excellent hot breakfast. Everything from the lobby, to the pool, to the breakfast room was spotless and in perfect order. The staff in particular was friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive to the needs of everyone there. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! We will be back!"

Our stay itself wasn’t horrible. We were on the first floor, and the guests above us were extremely loud and up most of the night, so I got very little sleep. The beds were also uncomfortable, and we killed an earwig and beetle in the bathroom. It’s summer and we were on the first floor, so bugs are somewhat understandable…kinda.
The reason for the 1-star review is the billing issue and how it has been handled. I prepaid for our stay, yet an additional $380 was charged to my account...

"This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Not only the pool was super dark very I was not comfortable letting my children in.
The fitness room very small very dark with a weight holding the door open.
Hotel smelt like smoke and made my throat hurt almost instantly.
The room was spacious but black mold on the caulking by the sink and in the bathtub.
Customer service was horrible.
The fire extinguisher in the hallway hasn’t been checked since Feb of 2025.
Did not feel comfortable at all in this...
