"The price was an "okay" price. The staff was helpful during check in and during hurricane situation. But the check in is very slow. The room has a big humidity, water leakage or something. If the air conditioner/dehumidifier was not run on high the floor and walls are wet. Maintenance said it was humidity but it was too much water for just humidity. "The room itself was clean. Front desk staff were friendly as well as the cleaning staff.
Breakfast was okay. The fruit tasted frozen and barely thawed. My only complaint is that there is no set “adult swim” time. I got to enjoy the pool and hot tub for barely an hour before getting jumped on by kids (which the parents ALLOWED).
I also gotta say is that parking gets EXPENSIVE and is NOT CHARGED TO THE ROOM LIKE FRONT DESK SAYS!! I had to pay to get OUT and there were no handicap spots...

"SUPER polite/helpful people at the front desk- this place is centrally located to everything and the views of the city are beautiful. Free admission to bishop museum and Honolulu academy of arts was nice and housekeeping every 3 days"
