Upon arrival. The room was dirty, meaning the sheets were stained , the shower was dirty and mold everywhere even the wallpaper. Dust all around the mirror wall as well. Furniture was stained , curtains, carpet in the room was nasty and the closet as well . We asked to change rooms and they offered two others but they were just as bad. We asked for the cleaning service to come and she changed the bed sheets. Next day my daughter took a shower and the ceiling in the room started leaking and she stepped in glass in the shower. This was the last straw, we decided to change hotels. The hotel only offered to reimburse the remainder of the stay and didnt offer any compensation. When i came to the front desk. The agent was very rude barely looked at me. I should have gotten an apology instead I got an attitude and to top it off she told me that next time I should pay more for my room when I mentioned the cleanliness. The cleanliness of a hotel is basic and has nothing to do with the amount of stars on the door. Do not go there unless you want an old dirty room
