The castle is amazing but the main reason i loved this place so much is because the staff were beyond perfect. They made our stay something I will never forget. The food and wine could not have been more amazing. The live piano played at dinner was priceless. I will fondly remember this place for the rest of my life."

"Hotel was immaculate, as soon as we walked in staff and manager George was there to greet us, so friendly and helpful, rooms were fantastic, parking was great outside of hotel and free if staying there, nothing was a problem, meals were outstanding, and reasonably priced, breakfast wow the yogurt is a must, the full English breakfast not a drop of grease any where also very tasty. A huge thank you to George and his staff."

"Basic double courtyard rooms. Spacious rooms but standard double beds - though from the indentations on the carpet in mine, a Queen or King resided there before. Even so, the base "flat" sheets did not fit the mattress to the head exposing no protector. Total lack of information in my room (27) that was there in our daughter's (25) regarding wifi access and other info. I had to wash a tea cup in my room that had a sticky residue at the bottom of it and clear lip residue around the rim. No mixer taps for the bath or basin - fine. I'm British - I can "mix my own bath". But there is something uniquely annoying about a hand basin where the taps are set so far back the water only just reaches the basin. The blind in my room was functional but lop-sided and needs attentjon."

The choice and quality of food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent, well priced and very tasty. Perhaps the stand out feature of the Beaumont is the staff, without exception..their friendliness and attention leant to a welcoming and relaxed stay."
