"I was there for the new years celebrations downtown. The hotel was very clean and organized. The security was also very attentive. They were checking people at the door and making sure that only registered guest came in which made me feel at ease, and at night the noice control was super quiet. "Loved our stay here. Everything was clean, our room was nice. We were able to check in early since a room was available and the lady at the front desk was kind. "Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind! Terrell at the front desk was helpful, greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us to the Arlo! C from ALK onsite restaurant was friendly, and answered all oir questions about the dinner menu. She found out it was my birthday and even provided me with a complimentary bday dessert!
