"When I arrived the receptionist waived my spa entry fee as a birthday gift which was so nice. My room was spacious and comfy but dated. The staff at the spa were friendly and welcoming. My therapist was attentive and gave me the nicest foot and leg treatment ever. It was heaven. The staff at the bar and restraint made me feel at ease as I was alone. It was the perfect solo stay for a tired mum to recharge. "

"Liked everything about this place. Clean, modern rooms. My kids loved the bunk beds and the wood floors. Very stylish and space efficient. Staff was very nice. No elevator to the second floor. But we didn't have a problem with that. "

"Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. We were welcomed by Andrea at reception on the Friday who checked us in and gave us the information required. We went to the swimming pool in the evening and they gave you complimentary towels and to our surprise there was a sauna and steam room too, this was not listed on the hotel.com site so that was a bonus. Breakfast in the morning, we were always greeted by Josh who always accommodated our dietary need by bringing out veggie sausages, and we had a lovely time talking to him, always happy to see you. The hotel guests were polite and friendly and had plenty of conversations. I will be going back there, the staff were great and that made it an enjoyable stay. One thing i did notice was that the air con was not working in the room, it just blew out air, i forgot to mention it to reception."
