"We have stayed at the Cook for camp five summers now. This is the first time I saw service levels lowered. The staff are great but this year we didn’t have room cleaning, towel service or trash removed for the four nights we stayed. Also, I have noticed the breakfast menu hasn’t changed in five years and can get a little boring. "Parking was terrible! There is no parking on your own parking lot unless you park in the street. They do not utilize the parking behind the hotel; it is only for vans, buses, etc. No cars; they will drive your car to some alley. No management on property; it was like a bunch of high schoolers working. The third-party valet parking staff was decent. I was overly charged for valet...but Miranda was awesome!"
