"This is a very nice hotel, however they fail to communicate there was not every day clraning service, it was every 3 days and also did not provide clean towels every day"

"A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. "This is the wierdest stay of this level that I may have ever had. The location is amazing. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. Bedss are fine. But the bathroom... The bathroom is a DISTASTER. There is ONE light in the hallway (!) that goes for hallway, shower and toilet... and there's a transparent piece of plastic between that and the bed. If that were not enough, the tiles in toilet and shower are black. It's like being in a bunker. When using the sink, the light is above your head...

"Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request."
