The location is a major highlight—about a 5-minute walk to the train and an easy 15-minute walk to both SoHo and the West Village, which made getting around really convenient. The room felt spacious by New York standards, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft, cushy white pillows. "This hotel is in the best area, they have water bottles downstairs for guests and coffee (no coffee machine in room) We reqlly enjoyed the bar downstairs and the rooftop. Cons: the rooms are absolutely TINY!! lf you are sharing with another person you will feel them getting up out of bed. The bathroom door doesnt close tightly so be comfortable enough to use the toilet really close to your partner. "

"The staff is very welcoming and professional. The room very clean. I was disappointed with the bathroom products as they used to be Malin+Goetz and now are substandard. The codes to the elevator and room are way too long and different so challenging to remember. For the price point, I may look at other options when in the city next time."

The staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a room with a specific view and the room itself was clean and incredibly unique and eclectic. The bed was lovely, breakfast was scrumptious, and overall I loved my stay here and will certainly be back."

"Nice modern hotel with clean modern rooms and friendly staff. Black-out curtains were very effective and could sleep any time of day if needed. Very quiet neighborhood at night and bed was comfortable. Right across from a beautiful park. In China town and 2 blocks to Little Italy. 5 to 10 min walk to subway. Moderate walk to financial district or Brooklyn Bridge. Staff gave a great dim sum recommendation. Great location, very nice place, would definitely stay here again!"

"We were there for the bike ride. They were very cool about letting us keep our bikes In the room and the lobby until our room was ready. Didn’t understand the room lights at all! They were either all off or all all on. Staff was very friendly. One could hear the subway underneath the hotel which was interesting. I only know as I am a light sleeper. You have to love NY, noise 24/7 "
