"This property is exceptionally well-maintained. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a wonderfully refreshing, subtle scent that sets a lovely tone. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout – from the elevators and corridors to the room and bathroom. "As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. Overall breakfast and dinner was OK, lot’s of varieties and booking + seating period of time very good managed. Kids...

"This property was incredibly lovely. It is well outfitted and conveniently located. Everything is nice, new and sparkling clean. The host goes out of her way to make sure all you could possibly want is taken care of. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The best coffee I’ve had in Taiwan. It is within steps of the boat landing, the bike route and the cable car to the Formosa Village. The charm of this little hotel made going to Sun Moon Lake all the better. "
