Bar & restaurant felt understaffed at dinner time as service in both was slow (more a management issue as the staff present were clearly working hard). Kids menu available in restaurant only. "Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable though the pillow was lumpy. I slept well with the quiet air conditioning keeping the room cool. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. The included breakfast was a nice touch."

"Puro Dao is one of my best hotel and spa experiences. To start with the location; It is located in the outskirts of a charming village in the countryside. There is a station 2 minutes away so you don’t need a car to get there. Once you inside you fell relaxed and very welcome by the lovely staff. Everything is perfect from the different climate smart light to the materials and over to the furnitures and interior design. The Spa is amazing and so is the outdoor pool in the garden. The nature surrounding the village is great for hiking and there is different hiking trails. After the hike I recommend a treatment in the spa, I got a hot stone massage which was heaven. Finally, don’t miss the great local wines and food in the restaurant, or the breakfast. "
