"I was disappointed to find my pre-paid Expedia rate did not include local Mexico City taxes (USD $7) which I was required to pay on check-in.
The power outlet over the desk in the room was hanging a couple inches out of the wall -- hardly something I'd think would have gone unnoticed when the room was cleaned. I couldn't get the TV to work due to a network connectivity problem, but that might have been my error -- I didn't waste much time on it and I couldn't be bothered asking for...

"I chose this hotel because it's directly connected to Terminal 1 by a skybridge. Although there were cheaper options nearby, the convenience of avoiding Mexico City's traffic was well worth it. I walked to my terminal two hours before my flight without any hassle. The hotel is nice, and I would definitely stay here again for the unbeatable airport access."
