"Checked in and had to leave for dinner, got back late ....room smelled like cigarettes. Got up in the morning shower n bathroom dink had curly black pubes in and on them. Even on the soap dispenser in the shower like somebody intentionally put them there."

"Putting a rope to force people into a line just to get breakfast is completely ridiculous. It creates a long and unnecessary wait because people are still deciding what they want to eat while standing there. This is simply bad management and poor planning. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen such a poorly organized breakfast setup. It honestly feels like you are trying to discourage guests from eating there. "This property is run down and dirty. Guest rooms are OK but public areas are not. Toilet kept running, I fixed it. But the valve system was obvious years old and should have been replaced. Breakfast, which I paid for, was a joke. We were even charged for our coffees when they should have been included with breakfast. Inside elevator door had gang symbols scratched on it. Handicaped parking was way around on the side of the building requiring a long walk to the entrance. But, and this why...
