The heat didn’t function. Pool area was 57 degrees! Front desk said she just turned heat up. We stayed for maybe 10 mins. It was way too cold. The water was steaming and the water was maybe 60 degrees tops! Pool was filthy dirty, hot tub wasn’t working and out of order. Couldn’t get room to heat ...
