"So we stood there for one night and than ended up adding an extra one with this hotel. We didn’t think it would be an issue and we figured we would be allowed to stay in the same room considering we are the “in house guest” and that is suppose to take priority. When I went to the front desk to book it for another night I was informed that somebody reserved that room so we had to pack all our stuff up and switch rooms which was very inconvenient. I understand things happen, however as someone who use to work in a hotel myself, whoever is staying in house is SUPPOSE to have top priority because we are the paying customer. It was just very tedious because we had to up and move everything. And ontop of that, the AC in BOTH rooms we were in were barely working. It was hot in the room the whole time we were there. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again because of these inconveniences."
