"The staff members were very nice and the pool was wonderful. Servers were great and food was good! Everything was great except for the housekeeping. Every single day our room was not done and we would be out of the room by 9:30 in the morning with no sign on the door. We would spend the entire day by the pool or at the beach and then come back to get ready for dinner and the room was never done and amenities were not replenished ($47 resort fee). Trash would get full, we’d need new towels… etc.
We had to go down to the front desk every day and ask for our room to be done. On the last full day we had to go down and ask twice… and enough time passed where we gave up and started getting ready for the evening. Then someone comes and we tell them to give us 5 minutes to get out of the room (someone was showering). We get out and leave for an hour and the cart is in the hallway. We return, cart is gone, and room isn’t done. They eventually come back when someone else is showering… we tell them we are good at that point as we need to get to dinner.
Expected that part to be much better considering the daily resort fee."
