"Hotel was well placed but common areas and rooms were dirty. Only one elevator was working. Staff were just so-so."

They charge a 5 dollar parking fee which yes is small but it’s not like it’s in a city. But if you need a place to put your head down for the price it works."

"I had just driven 13 hours from Florida and hoping for a restful night of sleep as I still need to drive 6 hours more northward. I checked in at around 9pm, staff at the reception was courteous. For some reason, he gave me a room at the end of the corridor at the 2nd floor. I didn't complain as it might have been busy and may be the best room available. The room was clean but the color of the marble that they used in the bathroom has a terrible pattern that resembled dirt or molds. It was clean...

"It was clean and comfortable. If you want coffee in the morning better get to the breakfast bar early. The good thing is WaWa is about 200 feet away from the front door. Chinese and Mexican restaurants are about 150 feet away."

"The location was perfect for accessing Fort Lee. We needed an extended stay and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely be using this hotel again in the near future."

"They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace."

"The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was decent. The room had a layer of dust and the mini fridge didn’t work and was stuffed with towels. The floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet and there’s a rug on the floor. I didn’t ask for a room change because we had traveled all day and didn’t arrive until 10pm. The room was booked 2 months in advance so they knew we were coming so I’m not sure why they put us in a room they knew had broken equipment."

"This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street.
