"We walked in and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned from previous renters. I’m talking beds looked slept in and blankets tossed back on the bed. Dirt on the floor. Dishes still in dishwasher. No trash bags except the one to changed trash for 6 days! Crazy! Only one parking spot so don’t plan on having guests and the door was hard to open. Type the code and pull the handle towards you to get it to open."

"1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app.
Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage.
