"Amazing"

"We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later. "

"Although the facility is a bit dated, they maintained it very well. Clean rooms, friendly staff and very attentive. The gardens are beautifully manicured; the view of the ocean is priceless - location is perfect for easy access to the island activities. Daily breakfast was quite a variety. The most outstanding part of service was the prompt attention of staff to secure our room with additional inner latches so that our autistic son could not open the doors easily on his own. I hope to return...

"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Rooms and all the grounds were kept very clean and tidy. The staff was quickly responsive and friendly with all our needs. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool area was pristine for relaxing and swimming. although the restaurant only served breakfast (restaurant was not open lunch & dinner) and the swim up bar inside the pool was not open, staff was readily available at the bar, which is right next to the pool. "The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."
