"The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. "

"Our Coco Reef stay was definitely not worth the high price that we paid. The decor of the rooms seem stuck in the 1980s. The food was expensive and not tasty. The beach was full or seaweeds. We did not enjoy this experience!"

"I had a great time. This property is only 5 min from the main drag of Crown Point. I felt safe and well cared for in my well-appointed one bedroom apartment. Although the entire staff was wonderful, Miss Shurla was a stand out for her thoughtful acts and hospitality which made me feel like family in this home-away-from-home. She is a gem! The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. "I stayed at Fish Tobago for over a week and completely enjoyed my stay. It is simple but very clean, great location to walk to the beaches or to the jetty. Brendon couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. I also really enjoyed the boat tours offered by the hotel. The guest house is in a peaceful and safe location with lots of greenery and giant mango trees. Very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend ."

"The staff was extremely friendly and decent views of the ocean. It’s less than 10 mins from the ferry port. There was flies in the room when we checked in and the doors aren’t the easiest to open. The pool was small but decent enough for the 1 night we were there. Breakfast was convenient and decent for being included with the stay."

They advertised that they had multiple different shuttle services available but when we got there it was taxi service that we had to pay out of our pocket. The smell of the property was terrible due to the Sea Weed. The main pool was closed. I am very disappointed and will not ever choose this resort in the future."

"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."
