"I stayed at Lorna’s Cottage for one week. Communications with the property before, during and after were excellent. I was able to check-in early, which was an added plus. Three of the amenities that I look for in this area of the world include good A/C, strong internet and a generally quiet environment. All three were excellent. "The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. "

The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. "The property and room were really clean. Water pressure was high, AC worked perfectly. Exactly as advertised. You can hear the ocean while in the pool. Mark checked us in and gave excellent service, facilitating a late checkout. Will definitely stay again. "

Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night.
