We had to change our reservation, and the hotel staff was understanding and efficient in helping us with that. Then we got two lovely surprises when we checked in; a personal and heartfelt note thanking us for the return business, and a free upgrade to a beautiful suite that happened to be available. LOVE this hotel and we will always stay there when traveling to or through Curacao. "
"We had an incredible stay! They staff was so incredible, kind, welcoming, and accommodating! We were able to set up transportation easily to and from the airport and taxis as needed. Each staff member made a point to get to know us, and they made sure we were comfortable. The hotel was clean and extremely well kept. The ONLY downfall was the occasional noise of construction. The restaurants in the area were delicious and there were many options within walking distance. I highly recommend a stay...
