"There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. "The hotel overall was a decent stay and staff were polite and courteous. It’s likewise a good location if you’re needing a spot downtown. That said, parking IS NOT included and costs $23(with tax) a night and the walls are insanely thin. We could hear every single conversation of the other rooms."

"I spilled water on the floor and went to clean it up and the towel was grey/brown. The guy at the front desk barely spoke to me at check in. It was cheap. I could shower and use the restroom. It had a fridge/microwave. It didn't have bugs. I can't really expect too much more, but it's not a place where you should be barefoot."
