"Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt House. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and I had no issues during my stay. The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service after people became stuck in it, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, that was the only hiccup, and it didn’t take away from an otherwise pleasant experience. One suggestion I have for Hyatt is to consider allowing World of Hyatt members to earn points on eligible third-party reservations. It would be a wonderful perk for loyal guests who sometimes have to book through other travel platforms. Also change the breakfast menu…..😉 Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Thank you to the staff for making my visit a positive one!"
