We loved that the beach was so close to the condo. Just a few steps and our toes were in the sand. We were on the first floor by the swimming pool which was great for the kids. Condo was clean and comfy. No issues at all.

Great condo, recently beautifully renovated, all in white and blue colors, oceanfront, very comfortable beds. Super clean. Easy check in and check out. 2 parking spots. Highly recommended.

I loved that the beach chair service was included! The location was good. We didnt like the bed. It creaked with every movement and mattress was bad for our backs!! Also the floors were very dirty!

We were right by the pool on the lower floor. It was so nice to sit by pool and walk right out to beach. The floors of condo were very dirty, feet black after walking on them. Only towels, sheets, one roll TP and paper towel and a few dishes. No spices, hair dryer, beach towels or extras.

Floors and carpeting were nasty and dirty, air conditioning was out for 4 days in our unit with 90° temps outside. No communication with rental company Vacasa.

Truthfully, it started off promising but disappointment set in shortly after arrival. The AC never cooled the room down pass 76° even though I continued to reach out daily. After my 2nd attempt, I was completely ignored and no one ever came to check on the blower. The system was blowing semi cool air, but all of the rooms stayed at a very uncomfortable temperature wise even throughout the night never voing below 76° even with all fans on high. Please do not misunderstand, our room was very nice and we spent a lot of money on it. It would have been great if the property management would have followed up and done something about it. After day 1, the building was also down to 1 elevator for the entire building. And do not expect the ice machine on site to have ice provided to you with your stay. Nah... it is $5 per bag. Housekeeping is not provided daily, so on the day of check out which is at 10:00am, the housekeeping people started banging on our door at 9:00am... it seems they are quick to get you out but not assist while you are staying. Overall, the location was great. Our unit was very spacious and nice. The cost that was paid did not justify the discomfort we had to endure for the entire week of our stay with spotty at-best communication from the management.
