"Few years ago we stayed at the inn and got really nice room. This time we stayed at the inn and got very uncomfortable room. There was only one chair to sit even though there were two of us. And they had a little table/setae that was so uncomfortable. So the only place to sit and relax was bed and that made the stay not very enjoyable. There were several thing that were broken in the room too. One of them is closed door. The other was window shutters."

"Great staff, Very good food, ambiance was amazing, rooms clean. Quiet and would stay there again for a longer stay."

"great neighborhood, lots of dining, retail, and grocery options in walking distance"

"Clean and convenient location"

"Christina who handles the breakfast is the best. We have stayed here a few times and that breakfast is not only a time saver"

"Place was nice and clean, staff was extra friendly and helpful"

"The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room."

"We had no shampoo but they fixed it"

"Had a lovely stay, my only issue was the mini fridge our room was hidden inside the dresser so we didnt find it until out last day. Might have been our fault, perhaps someone told us and we just didn't hear"

"My first ever hostel and overall it was great for the price. The staff was lovely and the nightly events are nice. Definitely recommend the pub crawl! It allowed me to safely explore some bars as a solo traveler. It is an older building so do not go in expecting fresh and brand new interior. Also is close to the light rail so it’s easy to get to/from the airport and other major locations since Ubers are a bit high. The only downside I had are the beds are pretty firm so if you’re a side sleeper...

"Meant to give you a review before the Sunday night game against the Niners. Felt like we were second rate, did not get into our room till way late, was not impressed. This time around I was very impressed. Please feel free to call"

"Good location. Comfortable. Good value"
