"The hotel is just that little bit out of the way, although compared to other places, the location is good. The room was immaculate although I found the bed a bit less comfortable than my own. Staff were very good all round. Getting a buffet breakfast in the rate was a bonus, and it was okay to good, depending. There was no mention of paying £13.50 per night for the carpark until such time as they asked me for a bundle of money because I was parked there. This should be more upfront. We...

"From check in to check out, our 3 night weekend stay at the Ruskin was perfect. All staff were really friendly and very helpful. All food and drink provided, breakfast and bar snacks were delicious with great choices and again served "with friendly and genuine smiles". The standard twin room was perfectly adequate, with all you need and comfortable mattresses for great sleeps too. Efficient lifts to our second floor room. Will hopefully be returning, maybe even later this year. Highly recommend...
