"When we arrived I told the reception desk that we would like to have the room made up daily. The manager at that time was on a ladder changing some light bulbs. When we got to the room the asset was locked and we could not use it. Went back down to the front desk to ask for help. The receptionist came up about 10 mins later to tell me she didn’t know what to do and would put in a claim to get it repaired. I asked my son whose room was across the hall if his worked.
