"Caesar was very welcoming and kind at check-in. Only suggestion is to explain how parking works - I had to ask. The hotel and rooms are immaculate! The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfy. Loved it! Didn't realize there was a buger place/bar in the same building. There's a great restaurant about 2-3 blocks down the street called Salt & Flour Kitchen (not listed on the hotel website) which is fantastic! Extremely close to Target Field, but have to walk a bit to other restaurants...

"We would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was very clean and had everything from robes, makeup mirror, coffee makers etc. The hotel was connected to the Target Centre and downtown stores which as amazing as it was cold and raining when we were in the city. Staff were amazing during check in and provided great info about the area. Excellent choice if you are staying in the city! "

"Pretty standard hotel. Parking is extra and the bathroom was a bit dirty, but they have complimentary coffee and tea, so I guess that makes up for it? Skywalk acess from the hotel was a nice feature."

"This hotel was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so nice and so clean. The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities. Didn’t do any shopping, as I had an event to go to. But lots of bars and restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely too! The only thing was parking. Luckily we found a meter right...

"We ended up at this hotel due to blizzard conditions. While the room was clean and comfortable, our overnight experience was horrible. We arrived around 9 pm and already the room across the hall from us seemed pretty busy. As the night went on, more and more people arrived and the volume of music, voices, and hallway traffic became completely out of control. I ended up calling the front desk 5+ times before the Msp police arrived to clear out the room. Each time I called, I gave plenty of time...

"All but one staff member were absolutely amazing. Their breakfast is great, way more options than we expected, the employee who takes care of the breakfast is super attentive as well. The fitness center is a little lacking, but better than nothing. The parking being paid is a little annoying but understandable. There are however,a lot of homeless individials walking through the lot (i believe a shelter is right behind the hotel) . The shower doors are all pretty much broken (they slide open...

"I was asked to leave this hotel for no reason day 1 of a 2 day stay and told by manager I would only be charged for 1 day. I was charged for 2 and Expedia did nothing to resolve the situation. I even called Expedia when I checked out and they confirmed this woth the hotel day 1. Would not recommend this hotel. Staff are rude and Expedia will not back you at all unless you pay for their insurance. "
